I have found an interesting paper titled Scalability Issues in Large Peer-to-Peer Networks A Case Study of Gnutella by some folks at the University of Cincinnati, written in 2001. Since we are essentially creating a Large Peer-to-Peer Network, I thought this might be of use to us. I have posted a PDF (315K) of this file for our own archives, in case the page is ever removed from the University of Cincinatti’s site.
